The renovations are gorgeous and the location and services are perfect! Only thing I would say is that staff didn't speak fluent English so it's harder to ask questions and find out where to go to eat etc

The position of the hotel is fantastic. The building has been repaired recently and it is very good finished.

We stay in the apartment on the third floor. From the apartment we can see the fountain. The staff can not speak English, but she is nice and helpful. The room is small but clean. The location is perfect, near from Colloseum.
The elevator is too small, it is only fit for 3 persons. There is no lock on the toilet door. No curtain in the shower room, only glass door. I cannot relax when use the toilet and the shower, I feel worry if my cousin come to that area.

It is in such a good location near Colosseo. The staff makes breakfast for you. The bed is big and comfortable.
The air con turned itself off around mid night when I was there in June.

The location is superb !! quite in the centre of Rome and very near Metro station. The room is very new and clean :)
The air condition is automatic, it sometimes switch off in the night time.
